SnapReelDownload is the independent web project described on our About page. For a privacy question or request, contact [email protected] or use the contact form. Do not send passwords, login cookies, private media or identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification method has been agreed.
What each feature processes

Source services and temporary storage
A submitted media URL may be sent to its source platform, to TikWM for the TikTok retrieval workflow, and through configured network/proxy providers. Those providers have their own processing practices. A preview image may also be requested from its source. No site account is required, but that does not make these requests anonymous.
Application or hosting logs can contain URLs, IP addresses, timing and error information. Source metadata and links may be cached. Some responses stream media; conversion and merging can use temporary server files. The application attempts cleanup after delivery or a handled failure, but interruptions can leave files requiring operator cleanup.
There is no verified universal deletion interval for all hosting logs, caches or support mail in this notice. Their retention and processing locations depend on the active service configuration. Contact the operator for the settings relevant to your request. Support messages can remain in the mailbox under the operator's and email provider's retention settings.
Analytics, ads and browser storage
Google Analytics loads automatically unless you have opted out. It measures page visits, referral sources, browser/device information and interactions such as previews, download response readiness, navigation, scrolling and contact-form outcomes. Google receives technical request information, including your IP address, when its service is contacted. Our custom events do not include pasted media URLs, retrieved media titles, names, email addresses, contact messages or raw error text. Page URL queries are removed except restricted campaign labels; referrers are reduced to their origin. Analytics reports do not prove that a file finished saving or an email reached an inbox.
Use the button below to turn analytics off or on for this browser. Existing saved refusals are respected, and the local media checker always remains excluded. The browser remembers your choice until it is changed or site storage is cleared. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies while enabled; opting out disables further tracking by this integration and attempts to remove those cookies. It does not delete previously collected records. Google-side retention depends on the property's settings. External fonts and advertising remain disabled.
A short-lived download-status cookie helps the interface recognize response readiness. Older site data or third-party cookies from a previous version may remain until cleared or expired. See the Cookie Policy for the implemented status flags and browser controls.
Security and your requests
HTTPS and application security controls reduce some risks but do not guarantee that a service or file is risk-free. Avoid including sensitive information in a source URL, public report or support message.
You may ask about information associated with your interaction, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about processing. The response and available rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances; some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Explain the request with the minimum information needed to identify it. This page does not claim a blanket jurisdiction, certified compliance or that simply visiting is consent to optional tracking.
Material changes to these practices should be reflected in this notice before new optional tracking or advertising is enabled.
