Choose the video, not your feed
Copy the link for an individual post, for example https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=VIDEO_ID or https://www.facebook.com/reel/VIDEO_ID. VIDEO_ID is a placeholder. A group homepage or feed URL does not identify one video.
Public access and replay restrictions
Private groups, restricted profiles and login-required videos are not supported by this form. For a live broadcast, wait for a published replay; a replay is not guaranteed to be accessible. Best Available Quality requests the source formats that can be retrieved; it does not upscale a low-resolution upload.
When playback and saving differ
Check whether the individual video opens in a signed-out browser. If it does not, ask the owner for the original file. If a saved file has no sound, compare it with the source and try the quality option. See YouTube downloads or report a failed public link.
